Ordering 

I have ordered what now?
After you placed your order you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes containing your invoice and Track and Trace code. Also you will receive your package within 2 working days.

Is there warranty on my order?
There is warranty on your order. If something is not right or broken, you are entitled to a warranty. And this warranty is 90 days.

How can I track my order?
You can track your package with the Track and Trace code that you receive with the confirmation email.

Return Policy

I have returned my package, what now?
After we have received your package it takes GYMIND 10 days to get your money back. When returning, you can choose between two options: you can get another product or you can get your money back.
